TRADE

TRADE Trade involves the transfer of the ownership of goods or services from one person or entity to another in exchange for other goods or services or for money. Possible synonyms of "trade" include "commerce" and "financial transaction". Types of trade include barter. A network that allows trade is called a market. The original form of trade, barter, saw the direct exchange of goods and services for other goods and services. Later one side of the barter started to involve precious metals, which gained symbolic as well as practical importance. Modern traders generally negotiate through a medium of exchange, such as money. As a result, buying can be separated from selling, or earning. The invention of money (and later credit, paper money and non-physical money) greatly simplified and promoted trade. Trade between two traders is called bilateral trade, while trade between more than two traders is called multilateral trade. Trade exists due to the specializ

COMPUTER PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES

COMPUTER PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES computer programming language, any of various languages for expressing a set of detailed instructions for a digital computer. Such instructions can be executed directly when they are in the computer manufacturer-specific numerical form known as machine language, after a simple substitution process when expressed in a corresponding assembly language, or after translation from some “higher-level” language. Although there are over 2,000 computer languages, relatively few are widely used. Language types Machine and assembly languages A machine language consists of the numeric codes for the operations that a particular computer can execute directly. The codes are strings of 0s and 1s, or binary digits (“bits”), which are frequently converted both from and to hexadecimal (base 16) for human viewing and modification. Machine language instructions typically use some bits to represent operations, such as addition, and some to represent operands, or perhaps the loc

GOAL SETTING

Personal Goal Setting Planning to Live Your Life Your Way Learn how to set effective personal goals. Many people feel as if they're adrift in the world. They work hard, but they don't seem to get anywhere worthwhile. A key reason that they feel this way is that they haven't spent enough time thinking about what they want from life, and haven't set themselves formal goals. After all, would you set out on a major journey with no real idea of your destination? Probably not! Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality. The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your efforts. You'll also quickly spot the distractions that can, so easily, lead you astray. Why Set Goals? Top-level athletes, successful business-people and achievers in all fields all set

Mathematics: Change of subject of formular

Image
Change of Subject Formula Whenever the subject of a formula is to be changed, the intention is to make the value becoming the subject stand alone and remain on the left hand side of the expression. The methods used to effect this change may be any basic mathematical principles like multiplication, addition, subtraction, division, finding square roots, etc. Whatever operation that is used to perform the change must be applied to both sides of the expression (formula). Examples; 1 . Make u the subject of the formula; v 2 = u 2 + 2as. Solution Step 1 Rearrange by bringing “u 2 ” to the LHS of the expression and carrying v 2 to the RHS of the expression. The reason for this is because you have been instructed to make “u” the subject of the formula according to the question. -u 2 = 2as – v 2 Note; Whenever you carry figures from one side of an expression to another, the sign changes to the opposite. Step 2 Multiply both sides by -1 in order to eliminate the – (minus sign); u 2 = 2as +
STORY OF THE DAY  There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind, she hated everyone except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She told her boyfriend, "if i could only see the world i will marry you", one day someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was able to see every thing including her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She was't expecting that. The thought of looking at them for the rest of her life led to her regecting the marriage. Her boyfriend left in tears and days later, he wrote a note to her saying, "take good care of your eyes my dear for before they were yours, they were mine" ........... Oh! #Antick
How To Make A Clay Pot The Primative Way Step 1: Gather your clay. To gather clay you must first be able to recognize it. In its dry state it may look like rocks; in its wet state, like mud. Clay deposits in streams is actually kind of hard and slippery. Easy to break up but doesn't just easily disolve into muddy water like regular mix of clay and silt would. If you take damp clay and push it up between you pointing finger and thumb it will form ribbons. Sand and silt will not form ribbons. How long a ribbon you can form is a technique that field scientist use to determine the amount of clay in soil. More clay equals longer ribbons. Step 2: Gather a large flat rock and a stick and another rock with a somewhat flat bottom to use as tools. The large flat rock needs to be more than a foot in diameter. A flat piece of metal if you have it will probably work even better. Step 3: Allow you clay to dry. This is accomplished by breaking up the clay into as small of

Story

An 8-year-old boy lost his mum. He was so sad and depressed. A year after his Mum's demise, his father decided to re-marry. One day, the boy's father called him and asked, "Is there any difference between your mother and your step-mother?" The boy answered, "Yes." His dad then asked him, "What's the difference?" The boy innocently replied, "My mother used to lie to me but my step mother doesn't." His Father was surprised, he asked, "What do you mean? " The boy then replied, "When I go to my friends house, i usually play rough, my mum would tell me not to play rough or else she won't give me food. When my mum sees that I wasn't at home at the expected time, she would leave whatever she was doing and come to meet me wherever i was. She would then take me home and give me food. But my stepmother always keeps to her word. I have been hungry for the past two days. I MISS MY MUM."
APPLES  Apples are the second most popular fruit in the US (bananas are the first), 1 with each American eating about 19 pounds a year. 2 Undoubtedly, many of those apples are consumed right now, during the fall, which is peak season for apples in the US. This is one sweet treat that you can feel good about eating, too, as apples are packed with disease-fighting vitamins, antioxidants and more, easily making them one of the top-ranked fruits for your health. Apples Ranked Second Highest for Antioxidant Activity Compared to other commonly consumed fruits in the US, apples ranked second for highest antioxidant activity. However, they ranked highest for the proportion of free phenolic compounds, which means they are not bound to other compounds in the fruit and therefore may be more easily absorbed into your bloodstream. 3 Notably, much of apples’ antioxidant power is contained in the peel, where you’ll find antioxidants like catechin, procyanidins, chlorogenic acid, ploridizi
